Nature of Service

Midway Hospitality provides hotel reservation and travel booking services. As our services are digital in nature, no physical products are shipped to customers.

 

 

Booking Confirmation Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment and confirmation of the reservation, customers will receive a booking confirmation voucher containing the reservation details.

The confirmation voucher may be delivered through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS (where applicable)

 

 

Delivery Time

  • Most booking confirmations are delivered within 30 minutes of successful payment and booking confirmation.
  • In certain cases requiring manual verification or supplier confirmation, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • Customers are advised to contact our support team if they do not receive their confirmation within the specified timeframe.

 

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including email address and mobile number, to ensure timely delivery of booking confirmations.

Midway Hospitality shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer, email service provider issues, spam filtering, mobile network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

Booking Status

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the customer receives an official booking confirmation voucher issued by Midway Hospitality.
