Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Midway Hospitality website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Booking Services
Midway Hospitality acts as a booking facilitator between customers and accommodation providers.
All reservations are subject to:
- Availability of rooms
- Successful payment processing
- Hotel-specific policies
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and hotel charges may be added where required.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation from Midway Hospitality via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete booking information.
- Carrying valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
- Carrying and presenting the booking confirmation voucher issued by Midway Hospitality upon request by the hotel or accommodation provider.
- Reviewing hotel-specific policies, including check-in/check-out timings, occupancy limits, and property rules before booking.
- Ensuring that all guest details provided during booking are accurate.
- Complying with the rules, regulations, and policies of the booked hotel or accommodation provider.
- Making timely payments for bookings and any additional charges incurred during the stay.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date will be refunded in full, less applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount.
- A 10% administrative charge plus applicable GST will be deducted on all cancellations.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, subject to availability and applicable charges.
- Changes to check-in dates, check-out dates, room types, or guest details may incur additional charges.
- Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
Exceptions
Certain bookings, including peak-season reservations, promotional offers, special events, and group bookings, may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies. Such policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
Midway Hospitality shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, modification, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
Midway Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or accommodations provided by third-party hotels.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
